1. What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped free to both international and domestic customers with economy shipping. Orders may take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and size of order. Expedited shipping is availale for a fee. For more information please contact us. 

2. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30-days for a full refund. Buyer incurs shipping costs back to Nicol Gold. Full refund will be issued within 48 hours of return. 

3. Who pays for import taxes and VAT?
Buyer pays any local fees and custom duties. Nicol Gold bears no responsibility for non-paid taxes. Please contact your local post office for more information. 

4. Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Nicol Gold sells for wholesale and in bulk at a discounted price. Please fill out our wholesale orders contact form and we will return to you within two business days.
